Painted Jar

I spend a fair amount of time on Pinterest pinning allot of projects that I plan on trying someday (it will probably take many years to do all of the ones I have pinned) and I saw one about painted Mason Jars so I gave it a try. I mixed a green sea foam with some gold and then added about 1/3 cup of  Mod Podge to it and mixed it really well. Then I dumped it all in the jar, put the lid on and moved it around until it was all coated. I then poured out the excess which was about 2 table spoons. I think when its all dry Im going to coat the inside with some clear sealer so I can put water in it and use it as a vase. I really like the finished product.

I created this blog so I would have a place to post some of the things I like to make. Yes, this is my attempt at organizing everything in one spot. I have high hopes haha!
